About All-on-4

All-on-4 uses a planned set of implants to support a fixed full-arch restoration. It can be considered for patients with extensive tooth loss or teeth that cannot predictably be maintained, but suitability depends on bone, bite, gum condition and general health.

Digital and radiographic planning helps determine implant positions and whether All-on-4, All-on-6 or another approach offers the better biomechanical plan. Provisional teeth may be possible when primary stability and clinical conditions allow it.

The final indication, treatment sequence, materials and timeline are confirmed after clinical and radiographic examination.
